Where do I park?

Free parking is available at the pier entrance. On busy mornings (08:00–09:30) we recommend arriving a little early.

Where is the meeting point?

Our check-in counter is at the main pier entrance, next to the car park. Please check in at least 30 minutes before departure.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If the Marine Office restricts departures or conditions are unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email.

Do you offer hotel transfers?

Yes — shared minibus transfers are available from Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai and Phuket Town for a small extra fee. Tell us your hotel when booking.

What should I bring?

Swimwear, towel, sunscreen, a hat and a dry bag for your phone. Snorkelling gear and life jackets are provided on all trips.
